IMPACT is a central access point for inquiries about family, health and social services. It is prevention and
pre-crisis focused. When someone calls the 2-1-1 @ IMPACT, they will speak with a Community Resource Specialist - a
professional trained to listen carefully to the caller's needs, help assess their situation and connect them to an
agency that will respond to their needs.

Aids Resource Center of WI provides healthy, nutritious food including meats, fresh produce,
canned goods, breads and nutritional supplements to help people with HIV meet the nutritional requirements of their
medical regimens. Includes a home delivery service. There are no fees for this assistance. Clients must be able to
prove AIDS/HIV+ status (routing path and HIV verification). Clients must bring a picture ID for all adults in the
household; a current piece of mail (official mail); and proof of family size (birth announcements/certificates,
school records, immunization records or Notice of Decision less than 6 months old).
